It is perfect for couples, business trips because it has a very good connection or for a small family, its capacity is up to 3 people. We offer a 300Mb WIFI connection with Home Cinema (100 “screen) and PC where you can enjoy NETFLIX. Apartment also has a small and charming balcony where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning. The best Las Teresitas beach is 9km away and the center is 220 meters away. You will be covered by a special insurance within the accommodation. Enjoy and feel at home!

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS
For a confirmed reservation, a set of keys to the accommodation is given to guests.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a change of sheets and towels is provided.
You can request an extra cleaning during the stay, separate cost.
By accepting the reservation we understand that you agree with the description & the house rules.
All guests must provide their personal data, including passport numbers and flight numbers to comply with the Decree of the Canary Islands 113/2015 and thus offer a safe and well-organized stay. All this information must be filled out through an online form 14 days before arrival.

The apartment is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the city, next to the port. It is very close to all the places of interest in the city, all of them can be reached on foot in a few minutes. As points of major interest: Our Lady of Africa Market with fresh food and local products, the Auditorium, the TEA (Space for the Arts of Tenerife), the Museum of Nature and Man, the Plaza de España, the Church of La Concepción, the Calle Castillo shopping street, the García Sanabria Park, the La Noria – Clavel nightlife area and other emblematic places of the city.
HOW TO MOVE
In order to get to know the island and enjoy its charm, we always recommend renting a car, however the apartment is perfectly connected to public transport. The tram stop is a 2-minute walk away, connecting Santa Cruz with La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The main bus station where you can connect to any part of the island is a 10-minute walk away.
Around there are several places where you can park your car for free, we will provide you with the map with these places. North Airport is 13 km and South Airport is 62 km
