It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There is a fast Wi-Fi connection for those who wish to work from the property and in the lounge area there is a table and chairs that can be used as a workspace. Guests can enjoy access to our Netflix account with a wide selection of movies and TV shows available upon request.

Guests will also enjoy the communal pool which is heated to 25 ° C and has many sun loungers around it for sunbathing that can be rented for a fee. The pool area has a bar and restaurant serving meals throughout the day.

The property is located in a very touristy area, very famous for its nightlife, which means that although the attractions are extremely fun and entertaining, it may not be the best area for those looking to discover the authentic and true Canarian side of the island. However, as the island is small, guests with a car can travel to other areas easily and use the apartment as a base for exploring.

The apartment is a studio and space is limited. This makes it ideal for a romantic getaway or a couple and a baby, however it can be a bit small for larger groups.

The apartment is located in a resort in a resort and although there are rules to respect noise levels for all guests, there may still be some noise. Guests looking for total peace and quiet may not find it here.

1. Access to the complex or accommodation is totally prohibited to anyone who has not previously booked. For insurance reasons, we cannot allow more people than those listed in the reservation to access the property or the pool, as this could cause problems for you or other residents of the complex.
2. Comply with the Canary Islands Decree (we will ask all guests over 16 years of age for their identification and personal data.
3. Respect the rules of the house and common areas: (No animals / No parties / No smoking)
4. Treat the property well and leave it in the same condition in which you received it.

The Los Cristianos neighborhood is one of the largest and most popular tourist complexes on the island. Located just a short drive from world-class attractions like Siam Park and home to family-friendly beaches, it makes for a fun and exciting place to enjoy your vacation. It was once a sleepy fishing village but is now a bustling tourist spot with one of the most vibrant nightlife scenes on the island.

There is a central pedestrian avenue leading to the beach, where guests will find a selection of shops, cafes, a supermarket and restaurants. Los Cristianos beach has golden sand and calm waters, with rental loungers and showers that make it perfect for families. The neighboring beach, Playa Las Vistas, also has golden sand and calm waters.

Take a stroll through the winding streets and enjoy tasting a wide variety of food from around the world alongside local delicacies at one of the many local restaurants, or refresh yourself with an ice cream at the local ice cream parlor. For fans of water sports, enjoy paddleboarding, scuba diving or snorkeling and for wildlife lovers, take a boat trip to discover the island’s marine life. After hours, dance the night away at one of the city’s many nightclubs and enjoy a taste of the city that never sleeps.

While there are public transportation routes connecting Los Cristianos to other areas of the island, to really enjoy all the island has to offer and venture off the beaten track, we recommend renting a car.
