The property, which can fit up to four people, is split across two floors and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and a living/dining room. It is situated just 300m from the beach in a friendly safe neighbourhood perfect for young families or couples.
There is a fast 300Mb wifi connection for those who wish to work from the property and in the lounge there is a table and chairs which can be used as a workspace.
Guests will have access to a designated parking space as well as two unheated saltwater pools shared between the inhabitants of the complex. The pools are filled with saltwater from the ocean and a daily swim in them can help to increase your immune system function, improve circulation, promote overall well-being and hydrate your skin.

The large sun terrace with views of the ocean. Catch some rays relaxing on the terrace or enjoy a spot of al fresco dining listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

The property is located in front of the ocean, just a stone's throw away from the central avenue of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Give into your ice cream cravings with a trip to the ice cream parlour or live like a local and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set.

Whilst there is a bus stop close to the property, to explore the island fully it is essential that you hire a car which may be problematic for young travellers. However, the major cities can be reached using public transport.
The property is located in a residential area which means no parties or loud noises. Nevertheless, this does guarantee a truly local experience for your holidays.

2. To comply with the Decree of the Canary Islands ( we will ask all guests over the age of 16 for their identification and personal data.
3. Respect the house rules and common areas: (No Animals/ No parties/ No smoking)
4. Treat the property well and leave it in the same condition as received.

The neighbourhood of Las Caletillas is calm and tranquil and popular amongst locals. A former fishing village, it is a magnificent place to discover the island, escape mass tourism and enjoy unbeatable weather.
Enjoy the local food at the variety of bars and restaurants along the main avenue or if you are feeling active, join the locals for an evening jog along the shorefront. Shops, supermarkets and coffee shops are all within walking distance making for a comfortable stay.
The town of Candelaria, a pivotal point on the island and home to the famous Basilica of Candelaria is reachable on foot by following the footpath that runs alongside the ocean. Legend has it that in 1390, two cattle farmers found the statue of the Virgin of Candelaria on the rocks, this virgin later became the patron saint of the Canary Islands. Today Candelaria is the principal Catholic centre of pilgrimage in the Canaries and one of the most important Spain.
How To Get Around:
Whilst there are public transport routes connecting Las Caletillas to other areas of the island, to really enjoy everything the island has to offer and to venture off the beaten track, we recommend hiring a car.

It is a nice two-floor place with an ocean view. You can hear the ocean, and the wind and watch the stars at night. You have a supermarket near. The apartment is close to the motorway. You have half an hour driving to the other side of the island, 20see more
